"Users" include all parties who access and use our services, including event organizers and ticket buyers. "Event Organizer" refers to parties that register and organize events and sell tickets through our platform. "Ticket Buyer" refers to individuals who purchase tickets to attend events organized by the event organizers through our platform. "Tenant" refers to service or product providers who participate in events and may sell or promote their products/services.
Event organizers must register with a valid account and complete the organizer form accurately. We will review the submitted data before approving the registration. Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided.
Tickets can only be sold after the event organizer's registration has been approved by the platform. The ticket prices and the number of available tickets must be determined by the event organizer and clearly communicated on the platform. Mbak Tutik reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from each ticket sale.
Each event may provide tenants that can be accessed by users to sell or promote their products/services. The event organizer is responsible for organizing and managing the participating tenants. Mbak Tutik is not responsible for any transactions or agreements made between tenants and users.
Ticket payments are made through the payment methods available on the platform. Mbak Tutik is not responsible for payment errors caused by third parties. The event organizer will receive payment after the event is completed, and after deducting the platform's administrative fees.
Ticket cancellations can only be made in accordance with the cancellation policy determined by the event organizer. Mbak Tutik is not responsible for refunds resulting from the event being canceled by the event organizer. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable terms and conditions and upon approval by the event organizer.
Mbak Tutik acts only as an intermediary between the event organizers and ticket buyers. The event organizer is fully responsible for the execution of the event and all matters related to it. Mbak Tutik is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the execution of the event.
All content on the Mbak Tutik platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without our written consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through the competent courts of Indonesia.
