This fee policy outlines the charges applied to event organizers and ticket buyers when using the Mbak Tutik platform. By using our services, you agree to this fee policy.
Each event organizer using the Mbak Tutik platform to sell tickets will be charged a fee of 3% of the total ticket sales. This fee is used to support the operation and development of our platform.
Ticket buyers will also be subject to taxes depending on the selected payment platform. These taxes vary based on the payment method used and will be clearly displayed during the payment process.
Tax Details:
We are committed to being transparent about all charges. All fees and deductions will be clearly displayed on the payment page before the transaction is completed. Event organizers and ticket buyers will receive a detailed transaction summary via email once payment is successfully processed.
The 3% fee for event organizers will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. Taxes applied to ticket buyers are also non-refundable unless an error is made by the platform or event organizer.
